It’s funny
I never really knew you
None of us did
Isn’t it strange
Decades later
We will be the people
Who leave poems on your gravestone
When all the rest are gone
I guess before
I didn’t really understand
That things do end
And how naive I was
pretending like
you all still performed
in skin tight spacesuits
trashtalking your fans
over your eighth cup of coffee
I remember noticing
How David looked at you
his eyes shining
his mouth curled
in that special way of his
I think back then
there was a lot you decided made you happy
so in the end
when you truly were
you forgot all that
just for an instant
and the image flickered

I Move the Stars For Noone Chapter Two
Jareth threw himself on his bed, the nest of silks and cushions welcoming him in it’s cool embrace. How many more centuries would he sleep alone? He gazed at the ceiling, eyes blank, thinking of nothing but the defiant girl who had shattered what was left of his feeble heart. And now, not a day after Sarah’s rejection... he had to deal with this outsider. How dare he strut his powdered arse into his kingdom and act as if it was his own. If he thought that he would be treated as a prince in this land... he was due for a rude awakening. He was lucky he had been so lenient, Jareth thought with a snort. It would have been so much eas

I Move the Stars For Noone Chapter one
The sky was depressingly overcast, grey clouds mimicking Jareth's own mood. The goblin king studied the darkened sky, eyes resolute and hard. Whatever Sarah had made him feel, that was dead now. His heart was gone. He had felt for her so completely, let himself become so vulnerable. How could he have been such a fool? He had promised her everything and she had turned her back. Grown up, moved on. How he hoped, still desired but his love was nothing but a ghost , faint traces of something once so strong. I dare you now my goblin king
to place upon my hand a ring
bring me forth to where you hide
dance with me through churning tide
blood may spill bones may break
help me now to seal my fate
and if my world begins to fall
promise me you'll hear my call
sink me in a trap so deep
make me the girl the goblins keep
take me away to a place so far
lay with me beneath the stars
let me be your precious thing
chanted words and curses we'll sing
unsealed lips eyes alive
enchant me with your underground eyes
tell me why I love you so
show me your kingdom down below
teach me how to forget the light
fix my heart and make it bright
I wait fo

FallenCreated by a broken he
Fallen
Created by a broken heart, long misunderstood
Nourished by pain and raw desire
A place to feel wanted, to belong to
Wanting just to have the knowledge that someone needs you
a villain worth believing in presiding over dreams
A labyrinth of lost causes and possibilities and possibilities never to be
She fought her way out of her own mind
grew up in an instant, left without a word
never looking back, never seeing what fell behind her
Shards of crystal, shattered glass, paper crowns and costume jewelry
A past recited no longer, a childhood dead before it was lived
The power to destroy an empire in the hands of a girl of fifteen

Stardust
Descending from the heavens, creature of the sky
Filled with so many shattered hopes, feeding us so many beautiful lies
A figure in the darkness, wailing in the rain
Living off someone else's comfort, oblivious to pain
Challenging what is expected, befriending the obscene
Leaving behind the past, living his demented dreams
Welcoming the shadows, not knowing what is right
Linking hands with death, sparkling among artificial lights
Guitar in hand, singing of things he never knew he would have
Thinking he's immortal, never ever gonna die
Powdered and preened, luscious and unseen
Lord of androgyny, our king of glitter and silk
